I'm Fabio Terranova. I come from the Vinschgau Valley, spent the last years as an IT Project Manager in luxury hospitality and am now moving back to South Tyrol – with a clear goal: the enterprise standards I got to know in leading five-star properties should also be available to the ambitious four- and five-star businesses in South Tyrol.
What enterprise experience means in practice
In my previous roles I built and ran integrated system landscapes across PMS, POS, housekeeping and CRM tools all the way to guest communication – across systems rather than tied to single vendors. I've seen what a PMS migration with 150 staff means, how personalisation via CRM turns into measurable revenue, and why most AI projects fail when they start without a clean data foundation.
Why now
The digitalisation gap between enterprise level and the typical 4-star business grows every year. At the same time, AI makes possible much of what needed large budgets two years ago. I see this as a rare opportunity for ambitious properties to raise their digital maturity, with lean investments, to a level that gives them a real competitive edge.
